An eventful year (and I don't mean COVID-19!), including the loss of some more old friends (as happened last year too). Plus a few migraines delaying progress. But some progress on the AC was made: Window frames, fuel system/line, engine auxiliaries, electrics, door locks, bonnet and boot-lid. Gearbox and prop-shaft installed.
Repaired windscreen frame test fitted (without glass).
Safety fuel valve added, under fuel tank, along with new fuel pipe.
Zenith fuel filter cleaned up.
Wiper-motor gearcase with grease removed ready for some fresh grease.
Droopy door handles de-drooped! Now almost horizontal.
Gearbox re-installed and prop-shaft ready to connect up.
The old brake-light switch cleaned and painted.
After 30 years resting, the trafficator pops up again.
Some bright paint on the fan, for safety.
Some POR-15 high temperature paint applied to the manifold.
