2 views of a broken bonnet bracket that supports the front end of the bonnet hinge. These nearly always broke! The base should extend much wider, with a countersunk screw hole at each side. The ridge at the front edge has also been partially chipped off. This bracket is made from cast brass, chromium-plated.
